- Up-to-date vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella)
- Flea/tick prevention within 30 days
- Spayed/neutered (exceptions for puppies under 1 year)
- Meet & greet required for first-time boarders
📅 Booking & Cancellation
- 50% deposit required to confirm booking
- Full refund with 14+ days notice
- 7–13 days: deposit credited towards future booking
- Less than 7 days notice: deposit forfeited
🚗 Pickup & Drop-off
- Complimentary pickup and drop-off available throughout NYC
🎒 What to Bring
- Your dog's regular food (or we provide premium)
