What if my dog has never hiked before?

That's OK. Every dog goes through a thorough intake process to ensure they are physically and behaviorally ready. In some cases, we may recommend a test hike or preparatory training before joining the pack to ensure the best experience for everyone.

How many dogs are in each pack and how many handlers supervise them?

Each pack consists of carefully paired groups of 10 to 15 dogs supervised by two experienced handlers to ensure safety, structure, and individual attention.

What happens in bad weather?

We hike rain or shine! Dogs love adventures in all weather. We only cancel for extreme conditions (severe storms, dangerous heat). If we cancel, you're not charged.

Where do you hike?

We rotate through beautiful trails in the Hudson Valley, Harriman State Park, and other locations within 1–1.5 hours of NYC. Each hike is a new adventure!
